Costas (Dino) Charalambous
Founder and Principal
Experience & Background
Dino boasts an extensive track record as a seasoned mortgage and protection adviser, amassing over two decades of experience in the field. He initiated his career as an adviser within an estate agency and later assumed the role of an adviser for a Dental practice sales agent, effectively leading their mortgages and protection division. Eventually, Dino successfully established his own brokerage business.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dino has adeptly catered to a diverse clientele, ranging from first-time buyers to home movers, portfolio landlords, and self-employed applicants. His vast exposure and knowledge of the mortgage industry have honed his expertise. In addition, Dino handles Equity Release mortgages, adeptly assisting mature clients in their quest for viable finance options.

Dino has earned accreditations including CeMAP, DipFA, and a Certificate in Regulated Equity Release. These credentials underscore his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of expertise and ethical conduct.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dino values quality time with family and friends. His interests include indulging in barbecues, cycling, and enjoying movies, all of which he finds to be gratifying means of relaxation during his leisure hours.
Chun Ng
Lead Insurance Consultant
Experience & Background
Chun has over 30 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Initially working for Lloyds Bank, including the Retail, Commercial and Private Banking sectors.
Most of his career has been spent delivering face-to-face advice and building long-term relationships with clients. Over the last decade, he has specialised in the insurance market providing tailored independent advice to healthcare professionals. His qualifications include a diploma in Financial Planning and he has been working with DC Financial since 2017 specialising in protection advice.
Hobbies & Interests
As well as a family including 3 grown-up children keeping him busy, Chun’s interest includes running and sport, current affairs, and cooking. He also volunteers for a number of charitable causes during his spare time.
